Abstract

This research article examines the elements of patriotism in the novels of Tariq Ismail Sagar, highlighting that although he was primarily a writer of spy fiction, espionage and patriotism are inseparable in his work. The study argues that without a deep sense of love and loyalty toward one’s country, a person cannot truly become a spy, and this fundamental idea is clearly reflected in his narratives. The article further explores how Tariq Ismail Sagar himself was deeply imbued with patriotic spirit, which is vividly portrayed throughout his novels. His works not only entertain but also reinforce a strong sense of national consciousness and devotion to the homeland.
